I'm the lucky winner of the Sewmesunshine competition!

@sewmesunshine.uk ran a competition on Instagram to win lots of fab sewing goodies in celebration of being open a month. I was the very lucky winner! Defiantly check out her shop - sewmesunshine.co.uk for the most gorgeous fabric and haberdashery items. Here are the lovely sewing goodies; The packaging is defiantly a ray of sunshine, with purple and yellow packaging and biscuit tape! Inside were: Harriet let me choose 2 meters of any fabric I liked in her shop. She has so many gorgeous fabrics the choice was hard, I could easily make clothes with most of the fabric she stocks. In the end I chose the above Atelier Brunette Twist Dark Blue cotton, which I think I will make the Closet Case Files Kalle Shirtdress with.  A Sewing Makers workbook, this is a great for recording your makes. Introduction

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I started sewing quilts for my children, but a year and a half ago I ventured into sewing my own clothes (in any spare time I have while being a mum of three young children and working full time) and have not looked back. This blog will chart my progress to a me made wardrobe. I hope you enjoy sharing this journey with me and I would love to hear about your experiences too.
